Why am I unable to connect to my system from the application?

You launched the “Somfy Protect” application but you are unable to connect to your system. Please check the following items:

  • You did not enter the right email address or password or one of them is case sensitive
  • Press "I forgot my password” to get a new one
  • If your email address is accepted, this means the problem is with your password
  • If your email address is rejected, you may have entered it incorrectly.
