The new Keytis 2 io remote control can also be added to TaHoma as a scene launcher. When coming home, a click on the remote control can launch your arrival scene: your garage opens, your light turns on and the heating is turned to comfort mode. ​

Get ready for a fresh start

You're moving out and leaving the key to your connected home to a new family? You can now easily reset your gateway and leave a clean slate for the future TaHoma users!​

Your account will be disconnected from the gateway and all your personal information and configuration will be deleted. ​

  • If you don't have an AC but still want fresh air when going to bed, no problem! Plug your fan to a connected plug and set a timer, your fan will automatically turn off after a few hours
  • Set your Thermal comfort scene in TaHoma app, it is your best ally to regulate your home’s temperature​
  • Put your vacation dates in the app, TaHoma simulates a presence in your home to deter potential bulgars​
  • Do you want to check on your cat while you're away? It is possible thanks to the Somfy Protect camera range

Keep cool and use the Thermal comfort pre-set scene

It is not too late to try our Thermal comfort pre-set scene in TaHoma app. We have made improvements to make it even more efficient and easy to use. ​

As summer is coming up, the Thermal comfort scene will make sure to keep your home cool, without turning on the AC.​

In the "My scenes" menu, click on "Create a new scene", then "Thermal comfort". ​

New condition for your advanced scene

Do you feel like your advanced scenes could be even more precise? They can now include "or" condition!

For example, optimize the comfort of your house depending on the outside temperature or the luminosity level: close your shutters when the outside temperature exceeds 25 degrees or when the luminosity is too high to keep your house cool.

Leave home with just a click

Open your garage door or your gate from your TaHoma app as you leave your house.

After a few minutes, they will close automatically. No need to look for your remote control or your smartphone once you’re already gone.

Aeration is the key to a clean air inside your house.

Thanks to TaHoma app combined with the timer feature on motorised windows (such as Velux), you decide when to open it.

​If a movement or an intrusion is detected by one of your sensor, your Somfy protect alarm will ring. ​

The new electric door lock controller compatible with Somfy’s ecosystem

Designed to control electric door lock, the Lock controller io can be integrated into a wall box near the door or an electrical board.

Compatible with Somfy’s ecosystem, no need to use metal keys anymore. You can simply lock and unlock the front door locally with io remote controls (Keygo io, Keypad 2 io ) or remotely using the TaHoma app.

Lock your front door, check its status (if sensors are connected), and create scenes to automate your day-to-day life.

An updated gateway, without thinking about it ​

You can now easily choose to set automatic updates for your gateways during the night so you don't have to think about it.​ Accept the option when receiving the notification or go to the “…” menu to activate it. 

Did you know that your app could also be updated automatically? Find the setting directly in your iPhone' settings or in the Google Play Store for Android phones. ​

Do you want your app to open on "My favorites" menu? It's possible now!​

Choose which menu you want to land on when opening your TaHoma app: ​

To do so, go to the "…" menu, then "Preferences and notifications" and "Preferred default menu". ​
