Why am I not detected during the detection test?

You encountered problems during the detection test. First check that:

  • You properly followed the positioning guidelines
  • You have the detection side of your motion sensor properly facing the zone being protected
  • You are within range during the test
  • Your smartphone is connected to the Internet during the test
  • Your Link or Somfy One / One+ is plugged-in and connected to the Internet
