When installing the internet bridge of my smart thermostat, it never flashes blue.

If your bridge flashes red:

  • It would appear that the WiFi access key that you have entered is incorrect. Perform the pairing procedure again using your password.
  • Check that you are using an access point within the frequency of 2.4GHz
  • Reinitialize your WiFi router by disconnecting the power supply cable and reconnecting it after ten seconds.
  • You may need to update your WiFi access point or your router’s firmware then change the security settings (Proxy).
