When I connect my internet bridge, it does not flash red / green.

If the LED on your bridge is not lit during the insttalation of your thermostat, perform the following operation to completely delete the internal memory (double break):

  1. Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
  2. Reconnect the bridge for 10 to 15 seconds
  3. Disconnect the bridge for 2 seconds.
  4. Reconnect it again.
