When I attempt to select the wifi network of my bridge, I do not have an SSID network named “Gateway_XXXX”.

This question does not apply for 2nd generation Somfy connected thermostats.

  1. First, disconnect your bridge then reconnect it. The bridge will flash green / red for 2 minutes.
  2. During this time, check that your bridge and your smartphone are not too far apart (~10m). If this is the case, bring your smartphone closer to your bridge.
