By validating the Serv-e-Go service, you give your installer the right to view and monitor your installation, prevent possible faults and diagnose a fault when it occurs.
Your installer cannot make any changes or modify any parameters of your installation without your prior consent. When your installer wishes to make changes to your installation, he will send you an intervention request that you must validate to give him access.
