My WiFi network cannot be found by the smart thermostat app and/or is not indicated in the list of networks available.

  1. First, check that your Internet router is switched on.
  2. Check that the distance between your Internet router and your smartphone is correct (about 30m). Try to place your smartphone as close as possible to your WiFi access point.
  3. If the distance seems correct but your WiFi network is still not available, it is probably hidden. If this is the case, set your router so that it is visible.
