The Somfy connected door lock is compatible with all single-point and multipoint locks. The points to check to properly install your lock: 1. Is your door equipped with a Euro cylinder lock? 2. Is your door in good condition? Does it open and close without having to be forced? 3. Does your lock work properly? When the door is closed, you should be able to lock and unlock it easily. 4. The door’s thickness must not exceed 7 cm for conventional doors or 9 cm for thick doors!
