I have a connection problem between my TaHoma® and my Somfy thermostatic valve io.

To determine the reason for the product defect, please perform the following tests:

  • Check that your TaHoma® is well powered and that it is not in the process of updating.
  • Check that your Somfy thermostatic valve io is correctly powered by waking it up.
  • Check that the Somfy thermostatic valve io is within reach of your TaHoma®.
