Even if the application is correctly configured, my heating system does not react to the orders sent from the Somfy thermostat.

Please perform the following checks:

  1. First, check that your heating system is compatible using on our dedicated website: https://findmyheatingsolution.somfy.co.uk
  2. If you have checked its compatibility, check that the wires are correctly connected on your thermostat and radio receiver.
  3. Check that the copper section of the wires is touching the terminal ports.
  4. Press briefly on the “Prog” button of the receiver: if the green LED does not stay lit, your thermostat may be positioned too far away from the receiver. In this case, move your radio thermostat closer to the receiver.
