The points to check before selecting a remote control:
1. What technology do you use? Our remote controls operate using RTS radio and io-homecontrol protocols. Your motorised shutters, screens or blinds must use the same radio technology in order for the remote control to work.
2. How many devices do you want to control with the remote? If you have multiple motorised shutters, screens or blinds, we recommend you choose a multi-device remote control that allows you control them individually or all together. Warning: a single-device remote control will only control one motorised device.
