What should I do if I do not succeed in installing my Keypad Somfy Protect?

  • In case of difficulty to install the Keypad, verify that is not already installed. Go to "My equipments" menu et see if it is not present in the list.
  • Control if the Keypad is not too far from the Link Advanced. Take the Keypad near from the Link and try to install it.
  • Verify the internet connexion of your Link and your smartphone. The LEDs of your Link Advanced have to be steady white. If it is not, you will find more information here: What do the different colors of the two LED lights on the Link Advanced correspond to?
