How do I reset my Somfy gateway?

For TaHoma V1 and V2, Connexoon, TaHoma Din Rail V1 and V2, Connectivity kit and TaHoma switch :​

  • You are moving out of your house but want to leave your connected solution to the new owners: by contacting the customer support, you can partially reset your gateway : your account is detached, scenes, automations and rooms are deleted but products remain paired. ​
  • You want to sell your connected gateway:  by contacting the customer support, you can fully reset your gateway : your account is detached, scenes, automations, products and all other information are deleted.​

The "Full reset" button will not be available for TaHoma V1 as their activation will not be possible anymore.​
