Somfy offers its professional customers (installers, manufacturers, etc.) a five-year guarantee on its motors and automatic systems*, starting from their date of manufacture. This is offered in the context of conditions clearly set out for professionals. Ask your installer about it. *Not including motors and automatic systems for garage doors and gates, or Somfy products bought in superstores, which have a special 3 year guarantee. |

Somfy drive units comply with European and French safety standards. Motors for roller shutters and outdoor or indoor blinds meet the NF electricity standard issued by AFNOR. Motors for gates and garage doors meet standards EN 60335-2-95, EN 13 241 and NF P 25-362. |
